Instalment Plans

Mary Burgess Hypnotherapy Instalment Plans

Instalment plans allow you (the client) to pay in either two Instalments or four if requested and acceptance is at the discretion of the therapist (Mary Burgess)

You agree to pay the first Instalment at your Initial consultation and the second a month thereafter or If you've chosen the four instalments plan you will pay a quarter of your total programme cost monthly for four consecutive months.

Failure to pay your instalment when due may result in your sessions being placed on hold until payment is made.

When quoted the cost of your programme you were offered a discounted rate for paying in advance if you've chosen to take advantage of the instalment plan but fail to pay that offer can be revoked.

When you trust me with your personal data, I take my responsibility to protect it very seriously. I respect your privacy, and your rights to control your personal data. With that in mind, I want to be clear about the data I collect and why.

No matter how you use my services, my aim is to allow you to interact with me as effortlessly as possible.

This privacy notice ("privacy notice") (together with my terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them) explains how I will process any personal data I collect from you, or that you give to me.

It's relevant to anyone who uses my services, you the client that as data subjects, I refer to all these individuals as "clients", or "you" in this privacy notice.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand my views and practices regarding your personal data, and make sure you understand it. Your acceptance of my Privacy Notice is deemed to occur upon your first use of this site,so if you do not accept and agree with it you must stop using this site immediately.

Upon our first meeting you will be required to sign a terms and conditions form that allows us to work together, this form gives me the right to make contact with you throughout the duration of your treatment and thereafter unless you specifically request that I no longer contact you.

At no point will your personal details or details of your reason for visiting me be disclosed to any third party or sold to anyone.

If I should need to contact your GP you will be required to complete a GP referral form giving me permission to do so.

Please note that all conversations between us during sessions must remain confidential between us at all times.

Please note if you choose to receive your MP3 recordings via the Dropbox app you may see the names of other people the file has been shared with if you'd rather not see this information please request private access this will also mean your details will not be viewed by other members.

The terms and conditions signed at our first meeting are legally binding.
